How is BCG different than other brokers?
We analyze each loan request and can identify the lender that will be the best fit. We underwrite each file in-house before sending it to our lender network. We then have the ability to pre-flight the loan request with the lender, and provide the client with a credit-approved term sheet. We take more time to understand our client's files than other brokers do, so when a lender has questions about a file we are able to answer them ourselves and save our clients time.

Once the loan is approved and funded, we get paid a previously agreed upon percentage of the loan amount out of escrow. We do not charge an up-front fee.
